Shine India Trip — Flight tickets refund payment is not received from last six months.

I had booked kashmir tour for my family (Total 2 packs ) during 17th to 22nd Nov. 2014 for 5nights and 6days from shine india trip. All iternary was finalised including flight tickets (To and fro from Ahmedabad to Srinagar).I had done all payments. But due to my personal problem, I have postponed my tour from above dates to 6th Dec.2014 to 11th Dec.2014. So, previous flight tickets were cancelled by shine india trip and new flight tickets were booked by Shine India Trip.Once again I have paid full amount of new flight tickets. And as per my communications with Shine India trip representative the difference of cancelled tickets refund Rs.16238/-- will be deposited in my account. So, I have given my bank account details on 03rd March 2015.But till date I have not received my flight tickets refund amount. I have done so many communications(telephonic as well as emails)with Shine India trip account department.
