We had planned out holiday at Mount Abu and made a booking for 4 days/5 nights at Hotel Shiv Villa, Near Gujarat Circuit House, Kumarwara, Mount Abu. the tariff was 1500 per day inclusive of breakfast. We had made an advance payment of 3500 Rs. We checkedin at the hotel as planned on 1st March 2014, Saturday at 11.30 AM.
