I recieved this on 31st March, i tried to cancel it but delivery guy didn't do it said you've to take it.
Then i placed return request 4 times till now and shoppee is cancelling the return again and again, it's a e commerce website and if the customer is not satisfied with the item he has right to return it.
I contacted them through call but then also they're telling to place return again and you'll get resolution by 2days.
Kindly take action on shoppee as I've seen other customers are facing problems Was this information helpful? |
