Shopkeeper — misbehaviour of shopkeeper

I went to the shop named kings trading co. Near hdfc atm in phase 9 mohali main market and purchased a thing and the shopkeeper gave me a return of rs 10 coin but the coin was not original and was a duplicate one so i requested him to change the coin but he said to me that he don't make understand illiterate people and when in return i said him that he is illiterate not i then he stood up to fight with me and twisted my arm. And in return i was not able to do so and his behaviour is always rude with all people. So i request authority to do something in this regard but he is having a boss like behaviour as if he is a gangster of the area.
