Bought cold drink which is of 40RS the Shopkeeper is Charging extra 5rs than MRP of good saying cooling charges...

Due to the COVID lockdown from July 17, 20 to July 31, 20, we are living in room as per the instruction of our govt.But for our daily needs I went to my near by Shop to purchase milk products, the shop keeper gave me an expired milk packet to which i object and requested him to give the fresh one.Though he had the fresh one he denied to give it to me and told me to buy the expired one or leave his Shop. I was talking to a fellow customer who was also in the shop (Meena bazaar dlf mall noida) i said that a cloth was too heavy to wear in this season, the salesman sudden took it as an insult and said “aap chup rahiye” “apni advise mat dijiye”. This was very rude and i had never had such a bad experience ever in a clothing store and definitely not expected in such a big store. This has me in shock still and i went out of the store....

I would like to draw your attention that there is full encroachment till road in subhash road lal bangla harjinder nagar shopkeepers have dump and displayed all there materials till road every hour there is traffic jam no space left all the clothes shopkeepers have encroached there material there is no parking space left
