I had ordered a galaxy s6 edge through shopmonk.com, which was delivered late by them, that too after 1month.after i received the phone, I found that the phone is locked and can not be used with simcards in India.also, the contact number provided of stratford trade sales private ltd (seller) is fraudulent and is a wrong number. Ihave mailed to them for refund of money, but shopmonk is yet to respond back. I want my money back. please help
