Sir, I have booked a Apple Mobile 7+ of Rs 56, 999.00 and this company is fake and still i have not received any information and product.
The customer care number is also not existing and no response from site and customer care and they are not replying to email's also.
Please help us from these fraud are cheating innocent customers. and I have checked there details which seems fake and false.
the portal name is SHOPMONK.COM and they are registered with the company called M/s LONGMAN E-COMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED and their directors are
Mr Anand Sagar Narula
Mr Kunal Narula
and they are registered at address Delhi Rectangle, 4th Floor Rectangle No.1, Behind Saket Sheraton Hotel, Commercial Complex D4, Saket New Delhi-110017 and at same address they have registered approx 9 companies and seems all the companies are shell and fake to transaction illegal money and business activities.
Please look in this matter urgently sir.
