I ordered an item worth rs599 on 22 november and cancelled same day as they were asking a good amount of money in the name of gift. I didn't agreed to that and cancelled the order. They asked to return the money in 10 days but till date they didn't. Now even they refused to refund.
Mobile numbers used by them are [protected] and [protected].
Probably after my complaint, i got a call from the online store and ask my credit card/ debit card details which i refuse as they already have my account number and other details to transfer money. Was this information helpful? |
