I ordered an item worth rs599 on 22 november and cancelled same day as they were asking a good amount of money in the name of gift for which they asked rs 6559 + 18000 for insurance. I didn't agreed to that and cancelled the order.in more than a month i contacted them through mail and calls several times and they just made promise to refund. First asked to return the money in 10 days and after ever call within 24 hrs but till date they didn't. Now even they almost refused to refund.
Earlier also I complained in this regard but didn't get any response. Was this information helpful? |
