Shopume.com — PRODUCT NOT DELIVERED

I have purchased MI Power Bank through shopume.com on 20.01.2015 wide Order #12506, Payment Deducted immediately and got confirmation that it will be delivered within 3-5 days but no response till date. I called to Customer care and their stores 3-4 times but no body is there to respond, only can hear recorded voice. Also tried to track order status on their web site but no shipment found. I have sent mail to their id provide on site asking for delivery status but did not get till date. I never had such bad experience with any other online site. R L Sharma [protected]
