Extremely delayed delivery and poor tracking disappointed with premium service

I am highly disappointed with the service of Shree Maruti Courier Service . I recently sent a parcel from India to Chicago, USA, and opted for their 4-5 day delivery option, for which I paid a premium. However, it has now been over 8 days, and my package still hasn’t arrived.

The tracking information is extremely unhelpful and hasn't been updated in days—it continues to show that my parcel is stuck at Bengaluru...

Courier charged for by AIR but shipped by surface

Consignment number : [protected] was booked from Bangalore to Agartala on 19th April to e shipped by Air, related fees were paid by gpay. When enquired about the status on 27th April, I have been told that it is stuck in Guwahati because of rail accident . When I have paid for by Air the company was shipping it by surface....

Do not deliver and do not pick up the phone

I have experienced 3 times in Maruti Courier Hazira, the delivery team does not deliver and if we call, they pick it up and put it aside or cut it....

Courier delevery is very pathetic maruti courier

Dear sir,

I have submitted my assignment on 19th Feb any your employee told me that your parcel will be delivered before 25 th Feb but how lazy service is, my parcel delivered on 7 th March.

A camera parcel that was sent from Hyderabad on 1 March 2024 hasn't arrived yet to Sambalpur. It's 15 days now

The customer care is giving stupid reasons like it's very far away (only 19 hrs distance)

Fake customer care number

There is a customer care number mentioned on Shree Maruti Courier website.
But contacting that number returns that the number is not in service.

This is disappointing. I need to track a shipment and wanted to get in touch with them at the earliest....

Mirror broken

Non delivery of documents

Courier was sent to me from Nashik to Pune. The package is showing as delivered but I have not received it till now. When I call the courier company they put me on hold and finally disconnect without resolving the issue. When I wrote to their helpline they gave me 2 numbers to call in Pune but both numbers go unreplied....

Delay in the service

I sent a courier to thodupuzha idukki district of kerala through shree maruti courier service hisar haryana..the service was by air and it's the 7th day still the parcel didn't reach .. first thodupuzha staff were saying they won't deliver to our location..but even after paying extra..they said they will deliver after two days ...this is the worst service.. thodupuzha head office staff didn't even respond to the calls...
