My private car was passing through the hattargi toll plaza.
the toll plaza have charged as under

date 15-11-20 time 15:56 charged rs. 30/-

returned on date 16-11-20 time 11.09 charged rs. 15/-
TXN NUMBER :[protected]-801605505351944270892P
i came to know the deducted amount today after checking mails.
my complaint is regarding the differance in rate. why the company have charged double amount on 15-11-20. and if it includes return charges, then why again charged on 16-11-20.
another complain is as under
one vehicle owner was unable to pay the toll amount due to some technical problems. the person controlling the toll plaza refused to allow that vehicle to pass the toll plaza. we were waiting behind him. why we should wait for that one person who was unable to pay. you should make such a system to take such vehicle off the road and let the other vehicle to pass the toll plaza without waiting. though there was no any mistake from us, we had to wait till the problem was solved. this is not a proper system Was this information helpful? |
