We gs light are the traders in delhi.
We ordered led bulbs from shri sai enterprises, on the basis of good branded led and good driver which will be given on our purchase.
We and them agreed on the pricing and terms which includes
Providing branded led.
High power factor driver.
And good packaging.
We received the material on 20/11/2015 as it was billed to us.
So we started selling led bulbs since then.
In a month or so we received replacement from one of our regular dealer stating that led bulbs have different color temperature. Like if 5w is there then in few of them 6000k is there and in few of them 5500k and also 6500k. Which made a noticeable color difference. We also found out the led which is installed in the product given is substandard (Chines), we have agreed in everlite or edison when we ordered.
We complained regarding that they said we can not do any thing.
And later we found out driver inside the bulb are also of different layouts, like if we talk about 7watts, it has several drivers with different layout has been assembled, one of our dealer claimed drivers installed in material are repaired.
We receievd nearly 80 percent of the material back in replacement from all our dealers and customers.
Which we submitted to them.
But there is no response from them till now it has been more then 4-5 months.
We will be taking a strong legal action if all the material will not be replaced with the one we asked for.
