My name is Revati and my Connect number is [protected].i am using connect Wi-Fi from last 8 years. Actually, I had paid my advance connect payment on 18th March 2023 through cash. But my payment is not updated yet. I have already told the local office of employee, but they are not taking my issue seriously and not resolving my problem. It's humble request to head of connect department please take action against those employees. Please refund my money back and I will change my connection as soon as possible. I am attaching payment slip and connect app screen shot here with.
