Shuttl — Shuttl bus did not stop at designated spot

I had booked a ride on the Shuttl app for a seat on the bus WB 25J 3992 which was supposed to pick me up at the location "Ecospace Entry gate, Rajarhat" at 6:25 pm on 27th February, 2023. I had reached the spot 30 mins earlier, and had waited for it till it came, but inspite of my repeated waving, the bus did not stop even for 1 second at the designated spot. And the worst part of it was that I was unable to cancel the ride or reschedule it to another date.

This highly unacceptable behaviour has caused me tremendous inconvenience and I request the company to immediately allow me to reschedule this ride to a later date or offer me a refund of the amount I had paid for this ride.
