I had a pass with 11 rides remaining of rs.90 per ride and it is clearly written on the app that any remaining rides from last expired ride will be carry forward to new pass and added on new rides. No other detail whatsoever was mentioned on the sitd. Now when i went to buy a new pass no remaining rides are reflected. When contacted customer service they said it oa mentioned in faq's that the validity of carry forwarding of ride is only if new pass is bought within 90 days from last pass expiration.
I have lost rs. 990 and they are not ready to do anything. My complaint ia in regards that of they can send message daily asking you to get a new pass, why was i not notified when my rides were going to expire and asked to check faq when such an information should clearly be on the site. I have not used any services and have been charged 990rs. This is fraud and completely deceiving of customers faith. I want my rides in the slot again for which i have paid or the refund.
