Today I have availed shuttle service using shuttle app. The Shuttle number is WB 19 K 5602. I need to get down at Kalikapur(Ruchira). The Bus driver asked to get down at signal. But due to my safety I did not get down and asked him to drop me at right bus stop.
As I protested, Bus driver drooped me 100 meter after bus drop, Out of frustration, I closed the door with force. The Bus driver get down and start abusing with lad language and threaten to beat me. While I asked him to go to nearest traffic guard he ran away.
I raised complaint to Shuttle customer care but I did not see any action.
Please use UBER SHUTTLE instead of SHUTTLE. They are running the service with Lumpen and anti socials drivers. Was this information helpful? |
