I have ordered few bra from shyaway online as guest user. Product delivered was not upto mark and I wanted to return the order. Since it was via guest user I didn't get option in my account for return option. On calling to customer service, first time attendee was really rude and literally told they cannot return as she didn't understand the issue even when I explained her multiple times it was due to misfitting. On second time customer care told she can initiate exchange, but I didn't get any communication from their part. I would like to return the order.

Firstly they have no standard sizing scale. The product size on-site is different than the actual size scale. They don’t give refunds or return for misfits. They deduct 100 RS. for bank refunds for no reasons and when I opted for ewallet refund, they didn’t refund full amount. Really disgustingly making money. Why didn’t they give me refund for the amount which I had paid at the time of the purchase?
