This company is a total fraud.
They have picked up the order 10 days back, now when I am asking for refund, they are saying that wrong product has been given back.
All the people in the world are fools to return incorrect product.
Their courier partner came and checked each and every image, still they are saying this.
Please help me in getting this sorted....

I have ordered few bra from shyaway online as guest user. Product delivered was not upto mark and I wanted to return the order. Since it was via guest user I didn't get option in my account for return option. On calling to customer service, first time attendee was really rude and literally told they cannot return as she didn't understand the issue even when I explained her multiple times it was due to misfitting.
