Is has been more than 40 days, the packages are not delivered to my clients.
All the shipments are held somewhere and there is no movement.
I claimed for refunds as delivery timeline has been crossed but there answer was that shipment is yet not declared as lost. Its not one packet but approx 6-8 shipments.
They are not ready to refund me nor providing delivery updates. Please do not work with this company
Worst ever experience with this company
No support system, they only reply in form of bot emails
