Skechers India — complaint regarding shoe bite and improper fit of the shoe

This is a complaint regarding shoe bite of the shoe bought recently from skechers. It is causing wounds and a lot of pain in the feet making it unable to wear. The price of shoe is 5300 rs and now seems to be a waste for me. I request you to please see the photos attached and revert back asap. A proper and good solution is been awaited. Also i request you to refund my money back against a credit note so that i can change my shoe from another one

I am Dr. Neha and purchased Skechers archfit slippers (credit card name Lalit Kumar) from Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad store on 29Nov, 2022. Since day one the slippers are biting my foot and my foot are covered with blisters from strap biting. I want a resolution for this. Either change the pair to some other archfit slipper from Skechers or refund my money.
