Hello sir, i am mohammad fariduddin, i will tell you my story . i booked one course on skill lync 0n 18 june 2022 by paying 5000 rs and they told me that i will get 2 months to pay remaining payment . in this two months they completed my loan procedure and now beacause of my financial issue i am not able to make remaining payment so i called customer care and now they are saying you cannot cancel the program . my concern ishow can i not cancel the program that i didnt even started yet .they are saying they have non cancellation policy . at the time of purchase i asked them what if i will not be able to make payment so they told me then your course will be cancelled and 5000 rs will not be refundable . its ok i dont want my 5000 but i want to cancel that program and that eduvancez loan . please help me with this hari . i am going in depression because of this Was this information helpful? |
