My name is Anjitha. I started the course Postgraduate program in data analytics and data science in Skill-lync in Nov 2022 with about 22 months EMI of Rs. 7, 955/month. I had a job while I was starting the course but now I'm jobless and my financial situation is not favorable now. I tried to continue the course as much as I could meanwhile searching for other jobs too because I have this EMI to pay. But unfortunately, I'm still jobless and not in a situation to continue the course plus my health and other personal matters add to it. To inform the skill-lync team I raised the ticket to initiate the cancellation of the course explaining my current situation but I'm being forced to continue the course. They say that there is no cancellation policy. I could only find the Non-refund policy in the Terms & Conditions. Eduvanz is their loan partner and now I'm getting continuous calls from them to pay the EMI.
They took every way to convince me to join the course but when we are in an unfortunate situation they are ignoring our concerns. This matter is giving me mental torture. I just want to discontinue the course and cancel the EMI. So please help me to cancel the course. Was this information helpful? |
