[Resolved] Skill Lync — Skill lync did not pay my refund as per signed undertaking form

On 12/10/2022, i was getting a call from skill lync for refund of money. they said to sign a undertaking form and mentioned that they will pay my Refund amount between 15th October 2022 to 21st October 2022’. but they did not pay my refund so far. i have sent a mail but they did not response.
refundable amount is Rs.5000.
