In recent times, I have found myself in an extremely challenging situation due to unforeseen circumstances. My father's accident, resulting in a broken leg bone, has led to his hospitalization and an inability to work. This unexpected event has created an immense financial burden on my family.

Additionally, I am currently unemployed, as my focus has shifted towards supporting my father's recovery and well-being. This has caused a severe disruption to my financial stability, making it almost impossible to continue with the Skill Lync course – an educational program I undertook to improve my prospects – and manage the associated loan. The course is facilitated by Skill Lync, while the loan has been provided by Eduvanz Finance Ltd.

While I understand the complexities that institutions like Skill Lync and Eduvanz face, I have reached out to them seeking understanding and assistance. However, despite my best efforts, I have not received a response from either entity, leaving me in a state o[censored]ncertainty and distress.

As a result, I believe that seeking assistance from a consumer complaint authority is the next step to ensure that my concerns are addressed and appropriate action is taken. I kindly request your intervention in this matter, as I believe that your guidance and expertise can provide clarity and a path to resolution.

If required, I am fully prepared to provide any documentation necessary to support the validity of my situation, including details of my father's health condition. Your assistance during this challenging time would be invaluable to me and my family.
During the initial enrollment, a marketing member made promises of providing lifetime software license access to students and a guaranteed placement opportunity. However, after approximately five months into the program, it has become evident that the company has faced internal challenges that have affected the quality of services, education, and job assistance. The promises made have not been fulfilled, and as a result, the value of the program has been significantly diminished. Considering these factors, I kindly request the cancellation of the associated loan as well. I deeply value the education provided by Skill-Lync, but the disparity between the initial assurances and the actual experience has led me to reconsider my enrollment.
Upon enrollment, I was presented with enticing promises by a marketing representative. These assurances included lifetime access to software licenses and a guaranteed placement opportunity. However, after approximately five months into the program, it has become increasingly evident that these commitments remain unfulfilled. The anticipated benefits and support have not been realized, and the quality of services, educational resources, and job assistance has notably declined.Despite the shortcomings, the company has primarily focused on convincing me to continue the course rather than addressing the unmet promises. This discrepancy between the initial assurances and the actual experience has led to a significant disillusionment with the program. In light of these issues, I kindly request the cancellation of the associated loan.
