I have paid full fees as asked in the workshop date 15/10/2023 for a masterclass that was advertised. I even mistakenly paid half fees again on top of full fees for which a separate link was provided; when asked for refund of that mistakenly paid half fees, the host purposefully ignored my messages .I have Emailed them yet no reply.
The host Jatan Shah told that access will be given after fees is paid. However, despite providing correct login information, I receive an error saying "login information not correct". When I click forgot password I am supposed to get an E-mail for resetting password, which I did not get despite many tries. In the workshop, I was not made aware of their refund policies. I didn't know their overwhelmingly bad reviews on the Internet, now I know, and feel a fool and cheated.
I am feeling cheated, please help me in getting all my amount refunded. Was this information helpful? |
