I have a Skoda Superb 2010 model and the registration number of my vehicle is WB 06C 5824.
Sir, Actually I belong to a middle-class family background. I brought this car as it was low in cost in car of luxury version. I didn’t expect this much problems will exist in this car. I brought this car on March 28th, 2017. First the celling cloth came out then the gear box got jammed. I belong to Ranaghat which is bit far from the main city Kolkata therefore for towing the car I had to bring a vehicle from Kolkata which charged nearly 9000 just to drop my vehicle in Jia auto, Howrah.
I’ve send my car for a servicing in Skoda service center in Howrah that is Jia Auto for the problem in gear shifting which got stuck and the parking light was blinking. The car was not in running condition as I could not shift the gear as it is DSG gear. I had a telephonic conversation with Mr. Bishwaroop Roy Chowdhury and he said it could be a mechatronics issue in the car, so you have to replace that. But when I gave my car in the service center they found that it didn’t have that problem at all. In fact, first, they told me that it is a gateway problem. And after the following day they said it has a wiring problem which has been solved and your car is been ready to be delivered out.
As I am the 2nd owner of the vehicle and still didn’t even finish with my payment of the car. Even the amount of servicing was rupees 7, 773 which I paid and got delivered my car on 29th of July. After I brought my car back the next day it was working properly but on 31st of July again the same problem started with the car. I gave a call to Mr. Bishwaroop Roy and reported about the matter as it was not solved. He told that he will arrange a technician so that the vas machine could check where the problem is actually. But unfortunately, he didn’t do anything as my house is nearly 100 km’s from the service Centre and on top of that they didn’t even pick up my calls or messages for entire 2 weeks and even the feedback team gave me call but when I told her about this matter she promised to speak with the authority and give me a fruitful response but she also didn’t do anything. I am really very disappointed with the service of the company and the behavior of the company representative and now again saying me to tow down the vehicle there which could cost me more 9000 again and additional charges would be the service cost of the vehicle I don’t know how much and I couldn’t even take out a single penny as I took money from others just to get it repaired but now again facing problems as it was but still now I haven’t paid the money to the lenders yet.
Please Sir, it’s my humble request if the company could take a positive step of doing a towing facility and repair my vehicle so that I can keep this as my dream of owning a luxury vehicle, as it’s my first second hand car. As I brought this car to enjoy the luxury and now becoming mad regarding my car. Please do something regarding my car.
