Dear all,
I had given my car on 7 th september as there was a loud noise coming and showed the car to autobahn skoda kurla workshop. After 2 days they said that the flywheel was faulty due to the car being driven in heavy rains and had to be replaced. Then they ordered for the same and contacted the insurance company for the same. After 2 week a of zero coordination and several phone calls they finally got the car surveyed and ordered for my part which finally came. On 2 nd of october. It took so much time for just one part and that too a luxury car. After so many phone calls not even they bothered to communicate once in this whole time. It’s when i call they just somehow answer. I even complained to skoda india customer care and miss amrita was answering but that too if i call they somehow managed to reply. Very disappointing. Not once anyone tried to communicate or bother replying in the status of the car. Finally after 5 weeks of several phone calls and angry communications from my side i finally got the car delivered on 12 th october 2017.
And can you imagine the car was delivered and there was again a huge noise coming from the front side. I don’t know whom to contact anymore. So much in the name of luxury.
