Skoda India — Cancellation refund

Good day,
On 26.05.2021 i cancelled skoda rapid rider plus which is booked on the name P Sarada, with Mahavir skoda dealers, it's been more than 15 days since I did not get any update regarding refund. i have purchased a Volkswagen Vento two weeks back. Considering that I bought the same company product, please refund the 25000 rs which I paid towards the booking amount as soon as possible.
also note that i called the customer care toll free number and they told me that i will be getting a reply in 24 hours but no reply.
