I would like to bring to attention the problems faced by me because of skoda. I have purchased a skoda rapid monte carlo auto edition on 19th dec 2018.
I gave my car for service for a clutch problem experienced to sga cars, coimbatore.
Complaint -
1. Overheating of clutch during uphill drive,
2. Stop indication in the console of car.
Now this problem has occurred after i had taken the car from sga and not even 2 days and 150kms had been driven. I had given the car after an accident where i spent 2.77l with sga and had my car delivered on 26th april 2019. I had planned a trip for 28th and on my way uphill the problem occured. Stop indication was shown.
Total kms - 4700kms.
Kms aft taking out of showroom - 150kms.
Now 1. Why would there be a clutch problem at 4700kms?
2. Also this was an automatic transmission?
3. Was i given a faulty vehicle?
4. Was my clutch swapped during previous service?
5. Or has any damage been overlooked in my previous service?
Please provide answers for my above questions. I hold u liable for all the problems caused and will be expecting an answer. Clutch is such a vital part and expensive. I had owned 4 cars before this and had not experienced a problem like this that too at 4700kms!!! I stress 4700kms. I feel cheated. Was i sold a faulty vehicle??? Is skoda such a scamming company??? My belief with skoda is torn. Now i feel like i made a very bad purchase!!!
I want an official reply stating the cause of this problem. Plz reply to my mail (Which hasn't been entered by my dealer still after so many requests. I still don't receive a copy of my bills n havent still received the invoice of my car purchase. Still!!)
Please do have a look and make it easier for me to be still a part of skoda!
