[Resolved] Skoda India — Clutch Hard - Repeated Issue

I am having skoda rapid (2012model).. Had clutch hardness issue last year.. As per the gurudev ambattur - chennai branch, replaced the clutch assembly (Release bearing, pressure plate, clutch disc) at 67, 666kms.. But it was not like the new clutch even after replacing.. Sa advised that it will be like that and will be smooth after some km's.. But i had again very hard (Compared to earlier) clutch after 10km's, went and checked another gurudev branch (Guindy).. They said it will be like this.. Since i have reached 83km now wt diesel engine.. This is really not acceptable and car's like skoda will reach easily clock 1.5l km with out any problem atleast in clutch side. I really doubt that clutch was installed in correct manner or having some issue? Since they day i took td after the clutch replacement i had some gear lock issue.. They had rectified after i report... Need some help from skoda india to get this resolved. - thanks in advance.

Updated by psradha As usual pathetic customer care again.. Got a call last week Thursday from Gurudev Ambattur office and asked about my problem, explained in detail.. again Friday got a call from Ambattur office, once again explained and they confirmed that Service Advisor would contact me and help, waited till today morning (15/05).. no one called.. I called today morning, customer care said with in few min she will connect to SA, waited till noon.. no one contacted.. again called she told me that with in few min some one will call.. no magic happened.. again called around 5.. she is telling the same.. "clutch issue right? our SA / SM will contact and get appointment" - really sad experience.. You guys should visit Maruti service center and understand how they are tracking customers.. I hope comparatively ur numbers will be less and you should provide more quality work.. I would suggest you to improve your process
and after sales support.

My vehicle num ap 28 ck 7647.i am having problem on front left side.when i am going on nh4 i am not getting sound.when i am driving on bump roads i am getting sound and i changed stabilizer rods and ball joint and suspension studs also but still it is not rectified.

I have the same problem of hard clutch for my Rapid 2014- Diesel 1.6 Lit Ambition plus model. Even after 6 services and raised the issue with both Autobhan and JMD - no resolution given ever. They say SKODA diesel cars have hard clutch and that is normal.
But due to this i developed back pain issue after driving for 25000km in 1st 2 years on the left side of lower back.
I have never recommended this car to any of my friends.
