Hello sir, this write up is regarding my skoda rapid clutch hardness problem, which is 1year and 1month old. From the day one my car clutch was hard.. So i thought it is common in diesel car.. Because i came from maruti swift petrol.. But day by day it got worse.. And when i complained in service centre (Vinayak skoda bangalore) they told me it's common in skoda car... So again i started to ignore and continue.. And when i gave it to first service, service advisor mr. Pradeep he's telling that pressure plate has worn out.. It does not cover under warranty and he is telling customer has to pay charges it comes around 25k itseems.. I was happy with my old swift car.. Reason i bought skoda is for safety concerns.. And needed diesel car.. So i sold my just 1year old swift and bought rapid.. Even sales executive helped me in selling process of my old car.. But now he doesn't even answer my call.. My car has done only 8000kms since date of purchase. Im fed up of skoda dealership. Kindly solve my issue.. Im waiting for your reply regarding this matter. Thank you.
