Dear skoda customer service manager,
Our car, skoda superb - mh-43-aj-2651 was sent to jmd kandivali for regular servicing on 6th of november 2017,
Work to be done:
1. General servicing
2. Exhaust filter light
3. Fuel cover lid was getting stuck sometimes
4. Coolant to be drained & replaced
5. Abs, esp &tyre pressure indication comes on simultaneously intermittently & then all indications disappear for many days, pointing to some loose connection in wiring. Asked them to check & tighten the wiring connection.
6. (Heads up display) hud wire to be put from behind the dashboard
When the car was returned back to us after 3 days & paying repairing charges of rs. 23, 000/-, we observed
1. Petrol in car was 15 to 20 liters less (Other than that used in commute), as observed on gauge & also by the average given by car.
2. The obd2 port (Where scanner is connected) was completely hanging down with all wires exposed.
3. No servicing or repairing was done of the fuel cover lid
4. Coolant was not drained & changed
5. Nothing was done regarding the loose connection of abs/esp/tyre pressure simultaneous indication which comes intermittently
6. The hud had been dismantled & put in the dashboard compartment in parts. When we tried to reconnect the hud, it was not functioning at all, as it had been tampered with & damaged.
7. The invoice was made in some other name & has not been corrected till date after 1 month also, even after informing regarding the same to mr. Hari, sachin & mahesh at the time of servicing of car before payment was made & also multiple times after that also.
Brought all these points to the notice of mr. Hari, whom we had to call up for multiple days till he sent a technician to our office, who fitted the obd2 connector back in place with confirmation that he will send his accessory person on next day to check the hud. No person came to check the hud even after multiple confirmations by hari & sachin. Then we complained to their head - mahesh, who insisted that the car will again need to be sent to their workshop to check the hud display. When car was sent, we were rudely informed by mahesh that these external accessories (Hud) were not their responsibility & they are not going to bother with same.
If their policy was such, they could have informed same 1 month back also, so we did not need to go through so much anguish to call them up every day for 1 month & then again waste more than rs. 2, 000/- in petrol to resend the car to their workshop in kandivali from juhu. Why???
We would like to put up a strong complain against the dealership of jmd-skoda-kandivali for doing the most shoddy job in servicing & damaging the obd2 port as well as damaging our external accessories installed & then shirking off their responsibility with no concern to customers.
Kindly take immediate action against the jmd dealership to get this sorted out as other potential skoda customers will also be very concerned if this kind of irresponsible behavior is allowed to continue on behalf of such a prestigious car company.
Awaiting immediate reply, before we have the need to go through social networking sites to get results.
