Skoda India — Complaint regarding non delivery of the promised vehicle

I have booked a Kushaq elegance variant a month ago and was promised delivery by today
I.e on Feb 27, 2024 .
I have paid full amount along with my bank loan which was approved almost 5 days ago.
Inspite of full payment, today when I approached the showroom ( Mahavir motors - Somajiguda) the staff tries to deliver me Kushaq- Deep black color with no specifications ( elegance specifications) .
It’s absolute cheating in the name of variants .
Now whom do I approach, or register a complaint on consumer forum and Instagram and YouTube .
Škoda needs to be aware of incapable and cheating behaviour of its dealers/ company per se .
