Skoda India — Damage occur to my vehicle during servicing

My name is Pratik Ganesh Bawankar, I owned Skoda rapid 1.5 TDI style model with registration number MH49BB2964.

I have done Matt vinyl coating to vehicle after market to protect paint.

I have given my vehicle for servicing on December 19th, 2022 to skoda service centre Akoya skoda in pune.

However service was completed on December 19th, 2022 vehicle was delivered to me on December 20th, 2022
With vinyl damage by blade from your service centre.

When I contacted service centre to repair damage they said whatever is aftermarket is not our responsibility to repair even it is damaged from there end.

I have provided images and everything to them which proved damage was done from there end which they accepted also but the are not ready to repair it.

I am loyal customer to skoda since 2015 and booked new slavia in exchange of this vehicle. Which giving me second thoughts about your moral and ethical standards.
