This is with reference to my skoda superb bearing registration number dl 1c m 2152.
The said car has been sent to your dealerships in moti nagar i. E. Farenhite / aryaveer motors on various occasions starting from 2013, unfortunately for the same issue repeatedly. Below is the detailed narration of all the episodes :
The issue started with the mechatronics failure in 2013 which was changed under warranty by your dealership. Post this the car was principally running fine and was being timely serviced by farenhite auto on regular / scheduled intervals. Records for the same must be available in your database. Unfortunately again in sept 2017, the same problem with the mechatronics cropped up and the dsg box refused to function resulting the car to be nothing more than a piece of junk. Now again the car was bought to your dealership aryaveer motors - moti nagar. After many hassles / follow ups / requests / heated arguments with the dealership and yourselves, we fortunately this time again got the issue resolved under warranty.
However, as if the misery of going through mecatronic failure wasn't enough, we were given the delivery of the vehicle with a faulty ac, dents on the car & a broken glass holder. Simply can't understand how this could happen in a car that has been parked at the dealership without a gearbox!!! However time and again, we fought with the dealership, by now we had enough experience of the doing the same, unfortunately post many arguments / fights we only managed to get ac functioning properly, took delivery and assumed to drive the car happily after.
Now again post driving the car for only 90 kms in 2 months of the above episode, the car again has become a piece of junk with the dsg gearbox not responding and this time with an additional light of esp blinking!! Post evaluating the same at your dealership aryaveer motors, they have this time come up with a new technical term for mecatronics failure and named it "gateway issue".
I am sure the above mail has explained the entire scenario and by now you must have gauged our level of misery / inconvenience we have faced because of this car / dealership. I request you to kindly look into this matter and let us know how to take the same ahead. I surely wouldn't bare any cost pertaining to the gear box / esp / mecatronics / gateway etc... This part has been faulty since the beginning itself and surely the dealer has been careless / negligent in repairing it in sept 2017, hence this new problem has cropped up with the gearbox.
I could have written and detailed my misery to haymarket / team bhp / automotive india and let the world know what we have been going through, but i have full faith and trust in skoda india, hence writing to you first to evaluate and help resolve our misery.
