Dear Team,
I was very passionate about the brand Skoda, that's why I preferred it as my first car back then in 2012.
Still I am using this car and doing all the services through authorized dealership only.
But now I would to address a serious and highly irritated concern which I faced multiple times from the dealership EVM motors KOCHI.
Its highly pathetic to say that the customer service is intolerable.
I had given my car for services after identifying certain issues related to coolant tank issue( leakage) and oil cooler changing.
As instructed by the SERVICE persons I have placed an order for replacing PIPE, WATERPUMP AND THERMOSTAT VALVE.
Yesterday I have collected my car after service and on the way back home my car got off and i was stuck on the road. I called the dealership and they arranged an executive for checkup and found that they have not tighten the cap, HOW PATHETIC!!!.
Now today morning on my way to office again the car got off and i was stuck again in the middle of the road and I am forced to cancel an official meeting also.
There were smoke coming from the engine also. under my primary observation I found that the coolant tank was empty and it resulted in the smoke form the engine. Which menas even after spending money and waiting for long my problem multiplied rather than resolving.

THIS IS HIGHLY AFFECTING ME MENTALY PHYSICALLY AND FINANCIALLY.
This is also creating a damage to the reputation of SKODA meanwhile I learned that there is no point in using authorized dealers services as they are not at all bothered about the customer satisfaction.
Please check the service refence numbers associated with my car this month and see how long I waited for getting the CAR serviced.
Also, It will be highly appreciated if you could confirm who will bear the financial loss happened due to the poor service offered by the dealership.
