I purchased a brand new car from Skoda India (Stellar Skoda, Vadodara) on 1st July. The very next day when i went out for a drive, the car stopped on middle of the road by itself and gave me rattling and knocking noise while i tried to accelerate and move.
I called the service manager Mr. Samkit Shah & the sales manager Mr. Paresh Vaghela. After rushing to the spot of incident Mr. Paresh had tried to inspect the car and found an issue which was technical fault and suggested us to leave the car with their technician and at their service station which we agreed on to. next day that is the 3rd July, they mentioned that the car has some issues with dust between the break sensors and break pads which leaded to the whole breakdown of car and asked us to test drive for 10-15 days.
We agreed to test it and got the car delivered to our residence. Within 12 hours of delivery, we were facing the same issue again and almost got into a life threatening accident, We again went through the process of scanning and diagnosing the car by their service manager and mentioned that there was an ABS issue and has been solved.
While all of this, we don’t feel that the car is in roadworthy condition and is risky to drive as there are issue in their core system that is the breaks.
Being a brand new car and facing serious and life threatening repeated issues, We demanded a refund or replacement. But we are not getting any response from the service team or the management but only that the car has no issue.
We are being harassed by the management and their rude behavior with my family members as well as myself.
