There was aproblem of rear window glass motor and switch
After two months of car purchased. Very soon i approched koodlu gate hosur road service centre to change it through warrenty. They said ok and i had taken car to service centre as per their instruction after reaching the service centre they said there was no stock then i came back that day, same had happend again twice like this.
Then at last mr koushik ph no [protected] service executive had instructed me to get car on 03/08/2017 as per his instruction i left car over ur service centre then he told it will be delivered on 04/08/2017. But he told me again the same reason there was no patr available and it may take one more day, and he sent one alternate car for me after ur company driver left that car it is not getting started ; (Alternate car).
Then after that his phone is switched off he had given mr naveen [protected] service manager i called him on 08/08/2017 morning around 10:30 he told he get back soon but till 3:00 no reply after that i have taken mr venkatapathi manager of service centre [protected] and spoken to him he also said the same but nw they all not responding to my call
Pls i[censored] can tell them to pick my call
And if not tell them to give my car as it is i will go to another service centre
But one thing they have kept my car from last 6 days i am feeling very bad on that irresponsible people and i think they r un fit to that job
