Skoda India — problem with ecm of my skoda rapid

I have a skoda rapid petrol, which i had given to jmd skoda at their kandivili workshop in mumbai on the 1st of august 2019. They had diagonised that there is a problem in the ecm and would be rectified in 3 days. I had escalated the problem right up to the managing director, but to no avail.
Today is the 19th of august and still there is no redressal of my problem.
I am without a car for 19 days!!!

Worst attitude and behaviour of the insurance department
They did wrong insurance and now not receiving any calls neither replying to the msgs. After the policy payments are done they are least bothered about customers.
Giving wrong policies to people fooling them
Am going to complain further
And raise this issue
