Good Evening.This is regarding the service of Skoda superb(AP09BV5400) car at Vijayawada Service Station.
Our vehicle was damaged and we handovered our vehicle on December 15 2022 at vijayawada service station.After the inspection of your executives at the service center they had released a estimation copy of vehicle for damages.In the copy the amount was Inr:2, 55, 000/-.
After three months and follow up calls and follow up visits by ourselves, I got a message from service center executive saying that vehicle is ready for delivery and I have to pay Inr: 3, 13, 000/-.Because of the huge price difference I asked them why the amount has increased.They replied with single answer saying that parts prices were increased.
I handovered my vehicle three months back and I don't know when the parts price were raised.My main concern is if they got parts priorily which ultimately can reduce the price and also you can't say to the customer like this.You have to give clear explanation to the customer.Because of your work delay and now I have to bear the costs.There is 60, 000 difference amount, tell me who will pay this.Does the company bear the amount?
I demand a clear explanation report on the service.
