I have not yet received my RC BOOK even after two years of purchasing the Skoda Rapid. First I was given a wrong number which was corrected after more than a year and now I am still not given my RC BOOK.

I got a delivery of my car from Senator Skoda Powai in the month of January. However have not received my RC Book till date (23/10/2015). Also they have lost my Aadhar Card which was submitted for registration purpose. I have followed up rigorously with all various people in their organisation. Right from Mr. Vinod salesman to the GM - Anil Sharma who was only apologetic but did nothing. For them it is not their responsibility to ensure we get the RC Book. Also it is not their mistake if their person has lost the Aadhar Card because he has not done it purposely. I have written N number of times to their VP. Mr. Siddhesh Marathe but he is least bothered. BTW their is also a very strong protocol in the company where they don't give out mobile numbers of their seniors and when you call them on landline, they are either unavailable or in a long meeting. Now the salesman and GM have both left and I am only breaking my head against the wall. Pathetic customer service. Was this information helpful? |
