I bought my skoda rapid on 29/03/2017, so it been just an year my battery died, i was stuck on a highway for a couple of hours as road side assistance was gonna take 3 hours i fixed my car with a local mechanic,. Then i come back to baroda and give my car for battery replacement in warranty at skoda workshop, i was very very disatisfied with the service, again road side assitance was a problem. I had booked a jump start from road side assistance for the next day at 9.30 am and they arrived at 10.30 am. Then in the workshop dint really get a good response, i had to call every two hours for the status, finally at 5pm i called and they said the car is ready for pick up, i go at 6 still they took 40 mins to give me the car.
And during my first service my brake disc was changed stating that keep that old disc with you, it can be used other time, my question here is if it can be used later, why did u replace it???
While buyin skoda 100s of people told me dont buy skoda for maintainence issues, i was assured buy the car dealer that now there are no issues of maintainence. And here i am complaining about the same in just 9 months.
This is serious issues and it needs to be fixed really soon.
