Everyone i own skoda rapid diesel dsg purchased on april 2016. On friday i came to office without any warning signal on dash broad. I was about to leave office at 2:30 pm. I went down to parking trying to start my car. My car did not got started. I called to skoda rsa they have provided help. With help of them i have taken my car to service station. There after inspection they have told that battery has been died. It need to get replace and i have to pay for it. My concern, is it not so soon battery has been died. Is this called quality of product skoda india is selling in india. When i was buying this one everyone force not to buy skoda cars they were told me that skoda india didn't care about customer they just say. I said things will get changed along with time. It was very hard for me to decided to go for skoda. I am here to not to spoil any one name i am here to get my issue resolved.
I have extended warranty and i always my vehicle to the skoda authorized service center and top of these all i don't have any after market accessories in my vehicle because i opt 2nd top model so everything is company fitted...
I know you [skoda india] are trying hard to earn you customer love. I am also one of them which is looking help from you on this. Please help me on this so i can say proudly. I am part of skoda family..

Please let me know what solution you have received. I am facing the same problem and bought top model Skoda Rapid Style Plus AT in March 2016. I also got to know that battery has worn out in just 18 months. Skoda is asking to pay for it as battery is not covered under warranty.
I am feeling same as you coz' I also went for Skoda even after people told me not to go for the same. Its almost 15 days but no one turned up!!
