Dear concern,
I would like to mention the harrowing times i am currently going through due to pathetic after sales service of my skoda superb car no – rj 14 yc 0084.
On dated 05/12/17, car was hit by a tractor due to which right side rear view mirror was broken. On the same day information was given insurance department of saga automotive workshop loacted in sitapura, jaipur. They inspected & said
• the whole assembly of side mirror need to be replaced and will be covered in insurance and as the part is not available in their stock, so they need to order the part.
• after two days on dated 7/12/17 when i enquired about the part status they said we have placed the order of the part and as soon as we will receive order, we will change your part on same day.
Now today is 13/01/18, it’s been 40 days now, from 5 dec 17 to 13 jan 2018 part is not delivered to workshop. We are in continues touch with saga skoda workshop, whenever we call them, they have fix reply that your car part is under order and most probably it will come on saturday. I don’t understand how many more saturday will be taken by your esteem organization in delivering one side mirror complete assembly. Being customer of your higher end product superb, i don’t expect this type of after sales service of german brand in india
I want your concern authorities to take immediate action regarding the problem i am going through. Kindly coordinate with your dealership to get the needful done accordingly as earliest as possible and replace the broken mirror asap.
