We are a corporate company, we have picked up the new skoda superb l&k my18 from mahavir dealership hyderabad, after payment of advance, we were given a commitment that we will be given a free 4 year maintenance package and the delivery in vizag, andhra pradesh. Clearly in the pro-forma invoice it was given skoda maintenance package and in amount column it was given 0. We have seen this and thought they have discounted the maintenance package and so the amount was zero. We have clearly asked them to put all the discussions we had on mail, inspite of repeated reminders and mails also we did not a mail from them. And due to the sudden increase in the gst cess they have hurried us for payment and we have released the payment in full immediately. Later on after they received payment they say they cannot deliver the car in vizag and they can do only in hyderabad. We have finally agreed to take the car in hyderabad, then they say they say there is no free maintenance package included and they also say they have never spoken about it.
This is a very unprofessional way to deal with a corporate customer buying your top of the line car. We wanted to buy the kodiaq, but after looking at the way skoda is dealing with its customers dropped the idea of buying a skoda car ever again.
Please learn to appoint professional dealers who can add value, we as a corporate customer did not have the satisfaction or a good experience with the way our delivery was done. Was this information helpful? |
