The Major Concern is, on March 4th 2017 my Skoda Rapid went through Service and Yesterday 16th March 2017 it dint start, There was not even previous complaint history .
"GURUDEV MOTORS-THE NAME YOU CANT TRUS"T.The Battery was Dead and I'm still Surprised because The Car Lights were not left on 0r thr AC -Its the NEW Battery (1.5 years Old) And we dont have any complains in represent of it before Service.HAVE THEY CHANGED MY CAR BATTERY DURING SERVICE?? IS THE BATTERY CHECKED PROPERLY DURING SEERVICE??
The Car is been Purchased 1.5 years Back on September 2015 wit 4 YEars of Warranty
and i was in the middle of something, in spite of calling the service guy who addressed us, the service manager, Customer representative everyone's answer was not like a helpful one to that situation, they dont even understand the urge and my situation
after contacting through different channels and harsh Language one addressed, Late Night they sent a person to take the vehicle, all my plan was flopped and it was really a hard situation
And today again the same is happening
Are you people are really wanting to serve your customer in a satisfying manner or you want your customer to make follow ups on you ???
i need a proper channel to contact and proceed to various level.
Am ready to face this legally
Last Year also the same **** Happened in a different way.That time It was the Car second Key-Skoda Mount Road blamed the Finance (Shri Ram City Union) and Vice Versa and Car was struck up interior of Theni almost Two Days. And we spent a Hell of Money and Medicines for my Parents, as everything was struck Inside the Car with the Main Key.
The Service centres in Madurai and Thrichy are far better and good.
So I've been searching for the contact email id of MD CEO Skoda-No Use.
Who is responsible for Service When Called -Service they say Sales-they say Service-they say the branch.Did i buy the car seeing your location or for the Brand Name "SKODA" We also have another Car in Renault and its KWID .The SKODA Representative Should Go for training to Renault.Thats Calle Customer Service.

Also there should be an written confirmation from customer to his/her satisfaction level to close this complaint, but skoda India had just given a basic reply to
customer complaint and closed the complaint in this consumer portal.
No peace of mind I guess after purchasing Skoda!
