My wife had made a booking for an Octavia Style on the 7th of May from Tafe Access, St Marks Road, Banglaore. We later changed the booking to a Slavia crystal Blue 1.5 DSG on the 16th of May. I was told by the Salesman - Ravi Kumar that the car will be delivered by the end of June and it will be the 10inch multimedia model car. I find out on the 28th of June that the booking was never made by the showroom in my wife's name and they were hoping to get extra cars so that they can give us one of the extra ones. We went ahead and canceled the booking on the 4th of July as the Saleman still did not show us a booking confirmation on their system and they had no idea when they will get the next lot of Blue Slavia's. From the 4th of July i have been following up to get a refund of the booking amount we had made to them for 50, 000. Now the salesman (Ravi Kumar) does not pick up my calls nor does the showroom respond to any of my emails.
By the way we did buy the Slavia Crystal Blue from another dealer in Bangalore itself and we are happy with the way they had communicated and delt with us.
We are yet to get that refund from Tafe Access, St Marks Road, Bangalore. hope this can be resolved soon
