I have a skull candy Headphone which I received as a gift in November 2012 i.e. it is under warranty.From a few days, it is not working.
I tried to contact Customer Care but they said that it will be changed on 50 % discount on 2nd purchase But Why? So what If I don’t have its bill (as it was a gift) but still it falls under warranty. I have its packing with me, scan it if you want. In this hectic life...
