I bought a skullcandy headphone (Skullcandy s2dul-j571 wired headset with mic) in the month of may 2017 which stopped working in last month. As per brandeyes (Skullcandy warranty agency), i have mailed them my problem about the warranty claim and ticket id (46965) was created and is sent them the defective piece with invoice attached. But still there is no response from them.

But till now, i have not received any update from them. They don't reply to mails and their customer care is always busy. Nobody calls when i register a callback request.

I bought skull candy headphones online from flipkart initially ut was working ok but after a few monthes from one side of headphone sound is not coming only one side is working regarding this i call to custmer care of skull candy but they are not picking the phone also . Worst service i have ever seen

I bought a skullcandy headset through Amazon in October, 2017. it was claied to have one year warranty. now, both the earpieces are not working. i have been trying to rech out to their customer support for the last 1 days and i have not received any proper response from their end.
